Good
The staff were helpful and generous with information. The famous Florida street was just around the corner, it was filled with all kinds of shops and restaurants.
Bathroom was a bit of challenging, everytime I showered, the whole bathroom floor would get soaked because there was no partition nor curtains. The toilet did not flush properly.

My favorite hotel in Rome
This is my second time staying in this hotel, and I will return again. The location of the hotel is on the poshest street of Rome Via Venetto but yet close to all the shopping and main attractions in Rome. The rooms are nice and of a good size and the rooms facing the main street have a lovely view and ambience.. Last but not least, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
There is nothing to dislike.

the room originally booked was small and cramped they upgraded us for a fee which was more satisfactory.
the breakfast was exactly the same every day for 10 days and eggs were cold as soon as put on plate
